Computer Lab/Cart Coding System *Carol and Andrea created a coding system for the computer lab and cart sign up. This data will help document our need for more technology:) We will review this data. The spring SMARTBoard schedule is now posted on the Barrington Wiki for teachers/classes to sign up.

Summer Training: What is best way to offer training for Grade 4? Notebook in June or August? Then hands on training once they are installed. Need input please:) Shelly - My opinion on the 4th grade training is to do it in August. More people have vacations, etc planned in June and they'll forget everything by August. If we learn it in August and immediately apply it, the info is more likely to stick. :)

Review Classroom Technology Proposals: $11,325,10 (subtract SMART slate purchase) Music proposal - Will impact all Barrington students and provide needed (replacement) publishing ability for both Music teachers. Logitech Headsets - Would be used for fluency documentation & data. Wireless Keyboard - Debbie can borrow one from Library. Sibelius software for 2 Music classrooms - $770 Research Microphones USB - Andrea will continue this research.
